What is your earliest Somerville memory?Seeing King Kong at the Somerville Theater with my Brother and my Dad. Calling out from the street to friends that were in their houses to check if they were coming out (you didn't need doorbells then). Playing football in the street, being told by one of the older men in the neighborhood to "go and play in front of your own house", looking across the street, pointing, and replying "I am, that's my house."
How has Somerville changed?Yes, everything changes. Many of good things about the old Somerville are still here though and there are lots of new good things. I'm glad to have grown up in Somerville and I'm glad I have had the opportunity to stay here.
